PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI TANGKIS UNTUK PENGADUAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PELANGGARAN ASN DI BPS LAMPUNG TIMUR

Abstract

This internship report discusses the design and implementation of a web-based community complaint system regarding Civil Servant (ASN) violations at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Lampung Regency. The lack of transparency and the absence of a centralized digital platform in existing complaint mechanisms are the primary backgrounds for this project. The objective of this activity is to build the "Tangkis" application as a secure and transparent complaint channel. System development utilizes PHP and MySQL database, with a methodology covering needs analysis, UI/UX design, and functional testing. Implementation results indicate that this platform facilitates public reporting through an automatic tracking code feature to monitor report status in real-time. This application is expected to strengthen internal oversight and support the achievement of the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) within BPS East Lampung.
